Instructions for the use of fungicide Racurs and consumption rates

When growing any crops, one has to deal with the appearance of pests or diseases. No one is immune from this, so you have to resort to various chemicals. One of the effective fungicides is the drug "Rakurs".

Composition and form of release of the fungicide "Rakurs"

The chemical contains two active substances - cyproconazole and epoxiconazole. It is a two-component fungicide with a systemic effect on plants. The drug "Rakurs" is produced in the form of a suspension concentrate, which is diluted with running water before use.

Advantages and disadvantages

The advantages of using Rakurs include:

  1. Long-term protective effect after treatment (duration is about 4 weeks).
  2. The solution is not toxic to humans and insects.
  3. The protective properties appear almost immediately after spraying.
  4. Suitable for combating the main types of diseases of grain crops and soybeans.
  5. Compatible with most other drugs.
  6. Long shelf life.
  7. Active substances quickly penetrate plant tissues, thanks to this property, the drug is not washed off even after heavy and prolonged rainfall.

No significant drawbacks were found in the "Rakurs" preparation.

Spectrum and mechanism of action

"Rakurs" is used to treat the following diseases:

  • all types of rust;
  • net spotting;
  • anthracnose;
  • cercosporosis;
  • powdery mildew and other fungal diseases;
  • alternaria.

Ciproknazole has a protective and healing effect on plants. Thanks to him, the chemical is highly soluble in water. Penetrates quickly into leaves (half an hour after treatment). Then it moves through all parts of the plant.

Epoxiconazole has a prophylactic effect. After spraying, it quickly penetrates into plant tissues through the leaves and mixes to other parts. From the advantages of this substance, activity is distinguished both in cold and warm weather.

Also, the preparation contains specific polymers, which, due to their action, ensure that a drop of solution "sticks" to the sheet. After the treatment, the solution completely penetrates into all tissues of the treated plants in 2 hours.

Impact rate and period of protective action

The drug begins to affect the disease almost immediately after the treatment. The duration of the protective action is approximately 1 month. The term may vary slightly due to climatic conditions and a number of other factors.

Preparation of the working mixture

1 ha will require 200 liters of solution. For aviation processing - 50 liters per hectare. The preparation of the spray solution takes place in stages. First, shake the suspension canister thoroughly. Then the required amount of solution is poured into the tank and half of the water is poured. Mix thoroughly and pour in the rest of the water.

The optimum air temperature during processing is from +17 to +20 degrees. It is recommended to carry out the procedure 2 hours before the start of precipitation.

Instructions for use

The solution should be used immediately after its preparation. Spraying is recommended on a dry and calm day after sunset. Or early in the morning before the sun came up.

test application

Spraying is carried out as a preventive measure before the start of the growing season. Or at the first sign of illness at any time. Only two treatments are allowed per season.

Precautions

It is recommended to spray on a windless day so that the wind does not spray the solution in all directions. To prevent the solution from getting on the skin or mucous membranes, wear tight, closed clothing. It will not be superfluous to wear a mask and glasses so that the solution does not get into the mouth and eyes.

If the solution gets into the eyes, they are urgently washed with plenty of running water. It is also best to consult a doctor afterwards. If the solution comes into contact with open skin areas, they are washed with plenty of soap and water.

First aid for poisoning

If symptoms such as headache, nausea, dizziness, or any other signs begin to appear after the procedure, urgent action should be taken. First of all, it is to call a doctor. You can also drink activated charcoal.

Toxicity degree

The chemical has a moderate toxicity level, therefore, closed clothing, a mask and safety glasses should be worn before performing the procedure. The preparation is not toxic for insects. Moreover, it is forbidden to use it near open water bodies.

Compatibility

The chemical is compatible with most other drugs, except for those with a strongly alkaline or strongly acidic reaction. Before using several products at the same time, you should check their compatibility. For this, the area is treated with a small amount of substances. If the plants have not died, then you can start processing the entire field.

Storage conditions

Store the Rakurs chemical in a dark room with good ventilation, away from sunlight and food. The optimum temperature in the room where the solution will be stored should be from -30 to +35 degrees. If diluted liquid remains after processing, it is prohibited to store it. It should also be a place where animals and children cannot access. The shelf life is 3 years.
