desired result

To obtain a harvest of large fruits, the plant should be provided with sufficient illumination. Tomatoes will become sour and smaller in the shade.

Some gardeners consider the formation of the Lion's heart superfluous. The hybrid does not produce more than 2 stems in the greenhouse. The berries grow up to 500 g.

The opinions of summer residents

Reviews of gardeners are ambiguous. A positive assessment was earned by: taste, size of the fruit; disease resistance, ease of growing a hybrid.

sufficient illumination

Minus was awarded for:

  • ripening of tomatoes later than the date indicated on the label;
  • smaller tomatoes in the open field;
  • low transportability;
  • shelf life less than 2 weeks.

Gardeners recommend planting the Lionheart in greenhouses: the yield is 3 times higher. In a cool summer, the hybrid suffers from late blight.

The advantages of tomato are taste and size: for the sake of them, summer residents are ready to put up with disadvantages.
