From this legend it is not difficult to assume that wine in Serbia was made from almost all berries and fruits.

The easiest recipe

What is required from the products:

  • 2.5 kg of blackberries;
  • 1 liter of boiled water;
  • 1.5 kg of granulated sugar;
  • 65 g raisins.

How to cook:

  1. Crush the berries with your hands or a crush. It is forbidden to wash them.
  2. Put the mass in a glass container with a narrow neck, add the raisins and add 500 g of sugar.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly, cover and remove the container to a warm place.
  4. The room temperature should be from +22 to +25 degrees. The mass is stirred once a day.

When active fermentation begins, the juice is drained, and the pulp is squeezed out. Add 400 g of sugar and mix thoroughly. Install a water seal on the bottle, remove to a warm place. After 3 days, add another 400 g of sugar, after stirring it in a little juice.

After 40-50 days, the liquid will stop fermenting, the sediment will fall to the bottom, and the drink itself will be lighter. If the wine is not very sweet, you can add more sugar. To make it fortified, pour in alcohol or vodka. After that, leave it for another 12 days.

What is required from the products:

  • 7 kg of blackberries;
  • 2 kg of granulated sugar;
  • 1.5 liters of boiled water.

How to cook:

  1. Squeeze the berries. Heat the water to 35 degrees.
  2. Mix juice and water. Leave on for 3 hours.
  3. After that, repeat the spinning process again.
  4. Make caramel from sugar. Mix the caramel syrup with the blackberry juice.
  5. Leave for 2 days to start the fermentation process. If fermentation has not begun, a handful of unwashed berries or wine yeast are added to the drink.

  • 5 kg of blackberries;
  • 1.3 kg granulated sugar;
  • 2 liters of boiled water.

How to cook:

  1. Crush the berries, mix with 600 g of sugar. Put the mass in a dark room for 2 days.
  2. Dilute the juice with water. Then transfer the puree to a large bottle 2/3 of the total volume.
  3. Close it with a water seal. Remove the container for 2-3 weeks.
  4. Then you need to squeeze the pulp, mix the juice with sugar and pour it into the bottle.
  5. After 4 days, drain through a hose to separate the formed sediment.
  6. After 1-2 months, the liquid should become lighter. You can add sugar again to make it sweeter.

What you need from the products:

  • 3 kg of berries;
  • 1.5 kg of granulated sugar;
  • 1.7 liters of water;
  • raisins.

How to cook:

  1. You don't need to wash the berries. Puree it, add raisins and 1/3 of sugar.
  2. Stir, cover the container with gauze and remove for 3 days in a warm room.
  3. Then squeeze the pulp from the juice, add 600 g of sugar.
  4. Pour the juice into a bottle, filling it 2/3 full. Cover with a water seal.
  5. After 2 days, add the remaining granulated sugar. Leave for 30 days.
  6. When the drink stops fermenting and brightens, it is drained through a hose to separate it from the precipitated sediment.

Without water

For a richer taste, do not add water during cooking. For this recipe, you only need berries and granulated sugar. Mash the berries, leave for 3 days. After that, you need to squeeze out the juice, add the sweetener and put in a water seal. After 10 days, add another 1 kg of granulated sugar. When fermentation stops, add more sweetener to taste and leave the bottle in a dark place for several days.

With honey

What you need from the products:

  • 2 kg of honey;
  • 1 kg of granulated sugar;
  • 3 kg of blackberries;
  • 3.5 liters of water.

How to cook:

  1. Do not wash the berries, immediately mash them in a puree. Pour some water into the puree, cover with gauze and remove for 3 days. By this time, fermentation should begin.
  2. After that, separate the juice from the pulp, boil the honey and sugar syrup (1 l), add it to the juice.
  3. Pour directly into a large bottle, cover with a water seal and remove to a warm place for 40-45 days.
  4. When this period has passed, drain the drink through a hose to separate it from the sediment.
  5. Cover the container again with a water seal and remove for 7 days. Then again drain the wine from the lees.

Making blackberry-raspberry wine is a piece of cake. You can make a drink according to the traditional recipe for blackberry wine, you just need to immediately mix the fruits and crush them into a homogeneous mass. After that, do it using standard technology.

With raisins
